The Figma plugin

Getting started

To start using data.to.design go to to our community page here. Then just follow these steps (outlined in the video below):

1. Run the plugin from the community page
2. Log in using your Figma account
3. Success!

Once you’ve done these steps you’ll see some default content in the plugin which you can start to use to populate your designs with content. Keep going to see how to do this!

Applying content

There are two ways you can apply content in data.to.design:

1. Manual overrides (doesn’t require a component, very quick to do)
2. Using configurations (requires a component, allows you to update related layers with related content)
