To start using data.to.design you’ll need to access the Figma plugin:
This first screen is where you can add datasets to the plugin. Datasets are the groups of related content that are either custom or generic. You need datasets in order to have data to populate your designs with as you’ll use them to insert and link specific data to your Figma layers.
There are 3 types of datasets you can add:
Mappings are powerful links between your data and Figma layers. By having mappings set up in advance you can quickly populate multiple layers with relevant data at once, and re-use the most common ones at any time.
